This Application Period closes June 5th, 2025 at 12:00AM Eastern

A non-refundable $50 Application Fee will be charged at the completion of the application. Incomplete applications or those without the accompanying application fee will not be reviewed.

Applicants selected to move forward with the Service Dog process may be required to supply additional information.

A list of qualified applicants will be compiled by the K9 Responder Foundation Board of Directors.

Do you understand and agree that if for any reason you are no longer willing or able to care for your service dog you are responsible for contacting K9 Responder Foundation to surrender the dog. Under no circumstances is a K9 Responder Foundation dog to be surrendered, sold, or gifted.
